Non Violent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. in clinical psychology, is a way of speaking and listening both relevant and very simple, which enables students to acquire practical knowledge to help us develop clarity compared to what we experience, reduce the stress of our daily lives and to better listen and understand others. It's a very nice tool that is used today in all areas! You had the opportunity to discover this technique in the ART OF LIVING evening of April 14, 2009.
